Σε αυτή την ομιλία θα μιλήοσυμε για την σχέση μεταξύ containers και High Performance Computing, θα αναλύσουμε τις διαφορές μοντέλων εμπιστοσύνης (chain of trust vs web of trust), και θα συζητήσουμε για τις ευκαιρίες (ή και δυσκολίες) του να συμμετέχεις σε μεγάλα projects ανοιχτού λογισμικού.
Fotis is a systems engineer with a strong focus on R&D for production‑grade software. He enjoys building distributed storage systems, developing automation tools, and designing hyperconverged infrastructures.
He obtained his PhD in Computer Science from Paris Saclay and has received prestigious fellowships, including the CERN Fellowship, MSCA Innovative Training Network, and MSCA Individual Fellowship. Currently, he leads the cloud and infrastructure services at SuperDuperDB.
