Implementing interactive applications using OSSIA score: the use case of clocks installation
2023-10-22, 11:55–12:55 (Europe/Athens), Η202-204

In this workshop I will demonstrate the main functionalities of OSSIA score [1], an open-source sequencer for building interactive multimedia installations.

The main functionalities of OSSIA score will be presented including examples of multimodal input and output, processing of them, looping and eventually changing using user specified and pipeline-specific triggers.

Most of the functionality will be explained in the context of an (on-going, alpha-version) installation that was built using an AI-enabled camera, Arduino, projection and natural objects (clocks). The installation will be set-up in nearby space of the conference such that the visitors can experience the installation itself and the technologies involved. The source code of the installation will be released before the workshop at a github repo[2].
