Working with vast groups of in-house and external users requires a scalable platform with scrutiny over user roles to build a stable and secure environment where nothing can go wrong. Open-source collaboration platform ONLYOFFICE DocSpace is a very simple room-based solution where multiple separate spaces can be created for their own purposes and user groups, with the ability to invite and onboard collaborators without a painful learning curve. In this presentation, we are discovering the organization of a collaborative process that can benefit all scales of operation and connect the project’s stakeholders to a single friendly environment.
